Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our facilities maintenance department, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential structures. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in various buildings Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to ensure optimal performance Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize future problems and extend the life of plumbing systems Collaborate with other maintenance professionals on multi-disciplinary projects Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients and team members Assist in light construction, carpentry, and related tasks as needed Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and tools, requisitioning materials as necessary Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Proven experience as a Plumber in commercial and/or residential settings In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, water distribution, and waste removal Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations in Qatar Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Physical stamina and dexterity to perform plumbing tasks in various environments Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency in using hand and power tools specific to plumbing work Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Flexibility to work in different weather conditions, including hot climates Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles when required Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
