Restaurant Manager

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a highly prestigious client in Qatar's F&B industry. We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of two premier F&B outlets. This senior role is equivalent to that of a Restaurant General Manager for a fine dining restaurant associated with the renowned Alain Ducasse team.Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Doha, Qatar Salary: Starting from QAR 19,000/- with additional benefits Employment Type: Full Time Joining Time: Immediately / One Month The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Director of F&B Operations and the CEO. This role will manage the daily operations of one of Qatar's top fine dining restaurants and a coffee shop, both located within the iconic Location in Qatar.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations for two F&B outlets, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.Coordinate with the Director of F&B Operations and the CEO to align business goals and strategies.Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service.Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Role Requirements: Minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role within fine-dining establishments, preferably in the GCC region.Previous managerial or GM experience in Michelin-starred or top-tier restaurants in the GCC (experience in restaurants like Novikov, Gaya, Coya is an advantage).A well-seasoned, stable candidate with a strong commitment to relocating to Qatar.Fluency in French is highly preferred.Must be available to join in Qatar as soon as possible or within 3 weeks.Benefits: Fully furnished apartment.28 annual leave days, 3 casual leave days, 8 public holidays.6 working days per week (8 hours duty with 1-hour break included).1 day off per week.Private medical insurance for self, with the option to extend to family members if married.Yearly airfare encashment to home country and return.Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes to: recruitment@premiumsolutions.qa Please mention the applied position in the subject line.#J-18808-Ljbffr
