As Stewarding Supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.You’ll liaise with chefs on maintaining all areas of the kitchens such as machinery, kitchen equipment, floors, and fridges.You will monitor and record breakages, par stocks, re-ordering, and distribution of all attic stock.The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Stewarding Supervisor, but we will make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.What you'll bring You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.You’ll have strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to control costs, excellent attention to detail.You’ll have a collaborative approach to working alongside the Chief Steward, setting the standards of excellent hygiene and safety within the hotel.Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly.
