Job details
We are looking for an executive assistant who can manage administrative and secretarial tasks. Candidate will be responsible for:
Performing administrative duties including answering phones, welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, processing payroll, taking meeting minutes, performing basic bookkeeping tasks, settlement of equity and fixed income trades and other supporting tasks. Training for each of the technical skills will be provided.
Skills:
Fluent in English and Arabic. Ability to write professional English
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar fields.
Location: DIFC. Working hours 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Benefits: 30-day paid leave, DEWS end-of-service benefits, and health insurance.
Work experience: 1-2 years in administrative roles. Working in the investment management industry or companies in the DIFC are highly preferred.
