Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Act as the first point of contact, Dealing with correspondence and answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls when necessary.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for the CEO/Manager
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences, preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Reminding the CEO/manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling, preparing reports, presentations along with managing database and filing system.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Sorting and distributing E-mail.
