Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading diversified group of companies in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Retail Leasing Manager who will be responsible for effectively leasing the commercial space to achieve the sustainable rates above the target budget,Â
<br />
<br />- Responsible for acquiring, negotiating and concluding lease negotiations and agreements with new and existing brands
<br />- Maintain and develop strong business relationships with key sector contacts to generate leads.
<br />- Manage relationships with existing tenants and clients for limiting complaints to ensure retention.
<br />- Prepare detailed analysis of prospects' market and financial position to ensure the financial repute viability prior to establishing contractual relationship
<br />- Ensure that the tenants are compliant with all documentary, financial and design submission criteria and timeframes
<br />- Review new lease documents, lease renewals, lease approval forms, lease amendments and notifications to tenants and intercompany departments.
<br />- Manage & monitor all renewals across portfolio.
<br />- Assist the department heads in developing and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue.

<br />Requirements- Graduate with a Business degree
<br />- Certifications in Retail Leasing
<br />- 6 -10 Â years in Retail Leasing
<br />- Excellent leasing / marketing skills
<br />- Positive, “can-do" attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm
<br />- Strong customer service skills
<br />- Exhibit strong demonstration and closing skills
<br />- Knowledge of property management operations
<br />- Working Knowledge of landlord / tenant laws
<br />-Â Fluent in English, Arabic
