Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Facility Management company in UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HSEQ Manager (Facilities Management) to work closely with the top Management to raise awareness and inculcate a positive Health & Safety culture across all business operations.Â
<br />
<br />- Devise and deliver the organisation's Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental strategy to ensure delivery of quality FM services to the clients and a safe & secure environment for the company's employees.
<br />- Build a strong culture of safety and quality in the company
<br />- Set up quality audit processes for all contracts and implement these audits with action plan and follow up.
<br />- Manage high-level relations with client's HSEQ organisations.
<br />- Introduce technology in HSEQ processes with proven improvement of productivity, reduction of cost or higher quality of delivered services.
<br />- Provide leadership to the HSEQ team to ensure the company's policies and procedures meet the approved budget and guidelines.
<br />- Set and monitor performance KPIs for the HSEQ team and support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of HSEQ Standards.

<br />Requirements- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering or Science or any related field.
<br />- NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
<br />- 10+years of professional management experience in Property and Facility Management/Construction
<br />- Extensive experience in HSE and Quality management and inspections in GCC countries or MENA region.
<br />- GCC Driving License
<br />- Exposure to Software tools CAFM, ERP systems SAP, MS office
<br />- Communication and presentation skills
<br />
