· Ensure thorough meal checks are conducted prior to dispatch from chillers including SPMLs and load figures tally with respective log sheets, telexes and emails.
· Search/seal checks are carried out, equipment assembled in all vehicles is as per respective galley loading plans/customer specifications while company’s hygiene, quality and temperature standards are strictly followed at all times
· Completion of loading of catering supplies within the stipulated time-frame and KPIs, clear and detailed catering handover to Service.
· Necessary administrative documentation is prepared, maintained and submitted in additional to closing of invoices accurately in a timely manner.
Catering Assistants ·
To complete all assigned work to a high standard providing a clean and safe environment for the preparation of all food.
On time assembly, dispatch and delivery of catering items following food and safety guidelines.
To undertake and perform complete daily tasks assigned by team leader and higher management ensuring that relevant SOPs are followed and performed to the highest standards according to established procedures.
Organize and store all materials and tools in a safe and orderly manner in compliance regulation, Instructions and company policies.
To transport food, bars, dry store and equipment from respective departments to requested location and maintain accurate and on time delivery of all catering related services to customers as per specification and standards
Able to operate in a chilled environment and Holder of a current UAE Forklift license
Have experience working as Store Keeper
To control inventory, oversee daily tasks and processes and organize small teams within specific areas of Stores operation. To ensure that information relating to the performance of the work is clearly communicated to the team and effectively employed.
Actively support the ordering personnel within the department in monitoring inventory and current consumption of stock items. Ensure that the established processes are applied for the receipt of goods into Stores, issue, decant and delivery of the same. Regularly review stock held and product consumption and feed back to the Stores ordering team in the event of any sudden or unexpected changes in use. Feed back in a timely manner to the Stores ordering team regarding any inventory item that has reached low levels of stock on hand.
Responsible to produce according to production plans and specification food components to all customers to be compliance with set standards in quality, hygiene, productivity and guest satisfaction. Train and guide junior staff and to ensure standards are meet and exceeded.
Plan, schedule, supervise, and execute Integrated Pest Management techniques to prevent, protect, and react against all type of public health pests within company and client premises.
Investigate and identification public health pests with intent to identify the root causes of each pest sighting or complaint and develop and implement corrective actions using appropriate IPM techniques.
Holds Pest Controller license and have experience working in large catering or food manufacturing facility is an asset.
