The Challenge
To provide strategic and operational Human Capital guidance to the assigned Mubadala Investment Company platform (including operating companies and assets) and implementing HC solutions, frameworks, and systems in order to achieve Mubadala's HC and platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
People Management (As Applicable)
Supervise the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the annual business plans, and functional policies and procedures.
Recommend training and development interventions for team members to continuously build their capabilities.
Business Partnership
Act as a focal point of contact on all people and organisational matters ensuring the provision of reliable and timely support and guidance to the assigned sector(s) and asset(s), as applicable.
Implement human capital services, programs and frameworks, in close liaison with the HC CoE, ensuring effective execution in line with the HC strategy, CoE guidelines, Delegation of Authority matrix and HC engagement model.
Engage with assigned platform sector in order to understand and assess their business requirements and challenges from an organisation and people perspective.
Act as a focal point of contact for employees and compliance related issues, conflicts or grievances and ensure effective and timely resolution in line with the overarching HC policies and guidelines and as per the delegation of authority matrix.
Human Capital Strategy and Solutions
Translate business challenges and priorities into effective and tailored solutions and strategies for the platforms to enable the delivery of business results through people and address unique challenges.
Provide business inputs and insight that aid the development and enhancement of HC frameworks, solutions, policies and procedures to ensure relevancy to business needs.
Develop and implement effective solutions, in partnership with the HC CoE, to address factors that improve engagement within the assigned platform.
Asset Engagement
Providing advice and support to assets, as applicable, on people and organisational matters, and share best practices and insight that enables and enhances their HC operations.
When applicable, act as a member of assets' human capital committees in order to support in delivering effective people and organization solutions in line with Mubadala Investment Company is overarching HC guidelines.
