Our client is now recruiting for a Procurement Specialist. This position will be based in Namibia
Duties & Responsibilities
- • Assist and advise procurement team on all pending procurement requests in SAP Ariba.
- • Participate in creating SAP Ariba RFP, RFQ, RFI and auctions based on requirements
- • Identify and onboard various suppliers and ensure they complete the registration process successfully
- • Accurate request status reporting
- • Communicate effective system maintenance and user support when required
- • Develop, manage and coordinate the e-procurement processes and be able to use legally established professional and transparent procurement policies
- • Ensure procurement activities are managed, developed and implemented in accordance with specifies parameters meeting timeframes, budgets and objectives
