Job details
- Achieve the monthly Revenue target.
- Achieve the overdue collection target.
- Collect the overdue value of the assigned portfolio.
- Engage with customers to negotiate and settle the ageing invoices.
- Resolve the invoice disputes by coordinating with different teams.
- Communicate and follow up with the customers in the portfolio on daily basis daily via phone and email.
- Send Statement of Accounts, invoices, ledgers as and when requested by the customers.
- Meet the customers if required to retrieve the payments.
- Support the finance team to discuss regarding the payments and customer updates.
- Maintain the collections tracker.
- Report the amount collected on daily basis.
- Submit a monthly report on the collections.
