Job details
Direct Responsibility:
•Monthly Financial Review - comments with inputs from relevant departments and final review Head of Finance
•Year-end reporting - ConPack / additional information
•Budget and forecast preparation for Wholesale, Retail and ECom
•Handling of queries from Region / HQ
•Power BI
•Preparation of Store P&L for feasibility analysis and relevant approvals
•Contract database management
•Compliance with PUMA Group Accounting Policies and IFRS Accounting Manual
•Declaration of property and stock insurance values annually
•Maintenance of medical and group life insurance monitor
•Liaison with auditors / internal / external customers as may be warranted
•Streamlining of processes and automation of tasks
•Guidance, appraisals and development of team
Supervisory:
•Financial accounting and monthly / quarterly reporting by the team
•Budget / Forecast submission in Hyperion (HFM)
•AR management and ageing analysis and follow up where required
•AR overtrade, handling of Coface limits and credit management in SAP
•Interaction with customers / internal for establishment of LC / SBLC / BG where secured payment terms
•Inventory planning
•Relevant master data maintenance
•Verification of payments, debit notes, credit notes, purchase orders
•Liquidity planning
•Quarterly VAT returns / payment of VAT
•Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
