Job details
- Assist the program manager on all aspects linked to the coordination of the incubator and accelerator programs for Dtec as well as soft landing programs for foreign startups.
- Help create and develop incubation and acceleration related content.
- Schedule the workshops, training, and presentations.
- Provide all necessary support, mentorship, and training to the startups in the program.
- Development of training workshop materials for internal and external programs Liaising with 3rd party trainers, mentors, and educators as necessary.
- Support establishing a leading entrepreneurship academy in the region
- Organize the screening of the application and provide a first opinion.
- Interact with and support enrolled and graduated startups on a regular basis.
- Conduct research on innovation ecosystem and contribute to potential projects to stakeholders
- Conduct reporting for the Program manager, Senior Investment manager, VP, and Senior Management.
- Work closely with other teams on developing and executing innovation aspects and scope of the project.
- Provide reporting on the innovation and startup ecosystem.
- Manage the communication with mentors, investors and stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage databases necessary for these programs.
- Help institutionalize mentorship and develop sustainable mentor programs.
- Help scout high quality startup locally and internationally.
- Develop key databases of startup, founders, mentors, etc..
- Coordinate with marketing team as necessary.
- Support events and partnerships in establishing key innovation links to stakeholders.
- Manage the outreach to community for events.
