The hiring company is a Sharjah based business formation group with proven track records on success and dedication to create a streamline the process of businesses structure that suits different client needs within UAE.
Job Role:
Responsible for overall process of all Immigration transactions, reports and other important documents online and operations OnBase system
Prepare and sending CBD reports to Finance team
Following up with concierge team for merging UID numbers
Coordinating with the PROs for overdue applications
Coordinating with Operation Manager for any issue related to E-Channel system – OnBase or Immigration transactions
Assisting teammates for preparing monthly/weekly timeline achievement reports
