Cielo – Middle East Office is looking for Office Manager to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Candidate will be required to be proactive, quick, and professional with great time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities. The goal is to manage the whole operations in and around the office with all the administrative, HR and Finance duties.


Responsibilities:


The role of Office Manager includes carrying out the following functions:


  • Managing the day-to-day function and operations of the office.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Organising business travel and meetings.
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
  • Supporting HR department, including preparing visa application.
  • Organising employee handbook, personnel policies & procedures and induction programmes for new employees.
  • Finance duties including invoices and dealing with cash.
  • Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence, and other records.
  • Liaising with vendors and managing vendor agreements.
  • Negotiating and arranging for the purchase of office supplies and office equipment as per firm policies and budgets.
  • Developing effective processes and systems for maintaining a sustainable workplace that promotes safe and healthy working conditions.
