Job Summary:
Lead the HR function for the area, focusing on Recruitment, offboarding, onboarding, people management – coaching and counseling, performance management and evaluation, attendance and leave management.

Details:
Provide extensive support to area recruitment needs such as planning and coordinating interviews and open recruitment at the area, screening CVs and background/reference checks.
Perform on-boarding and off-boarding processes and complete all the related tasks in accurate and timely manner.
Assist the area in managing staff with employee relations day-to-day issues and coordinate with HR Head Office & Area Managers for all employee relations issues.
Ensure that in collaboration with Area Managers and HR HO, employee issues are efficiently and timely resolved.
Work with Area Trainor for training of the area staff.
Assist Area Heads and HR HO in the performance management and evaluation.
Communicate company’s changes and updates to area staff in clear and accurate manners and avoid any miscommunication and misleading information.
Provide assistance in the monitoring Area staff’s attendance and compliance with company polices and regulations.
