To provide strategic and operational Human Capital guidance to the assigned Mubadala Investment Company platform (including operating companies and assets) and implementing HC solutions, frameworks, and systems in order to achieve Mubadala's HC and platform strategy.
End User Enquiries
Manage enquiries across Mubadala through the Procurement Helpdesk and/or other assigned platforms
Recommend resolution of special/complex cases arising from the Helpdesk to line manager when needed, to ensure efficient responses in alignment with the Procurement Manual
Internal Stakeholders Liaison
Work with internal stakeholders (e.g Corporate Units and/or Business Units) for tactical and/or strategic projects
Participate in the tasked team for procurement investigations led by Compliance
Identify, propose and co-develop with internal stakeholders framework solutions that improve the ways of working around procurement
Develop content for communication with other stakeholders
Support the communications strategy development of the Procurement function
Conduct training and support end users on related policies and procedures
Develop training material for processes implemented and act as a key focal point for day to day issues under management's guidance
Policy & Manual
Support the review of the Policy & Manual to perform gaps analysis
Suggest procedures improvements and/or inclusions when opportunities are identified in line with applicable best practices and updated business needs in aim of improving the end user experience
Manage all assigned tenders and sourcing activities, ensuring effective liaison with the relevant end user teams and compliance with the Procurement Policy and Manual
Monitor ongoing procurement activities through eSourcing
Ensure adherence to established KPIs, SLAs and savings goals
Manage enquiries received from the Group's assets and coordinate internally the required actions to respond efficiently (e.g. Policy/Manual review requests)
Communicate with assets in any assigned projects/tasks ensuring to build positive relationships to safeguard Group Procurement's reputation with the assets
Support monitoring of the procurement service contract with MDCBMS
Project Management Support
Provide assistance in all assigned projects, performing assigned tasks with diligence
