Senior Contracts Administrator
Description
Lead the overall contractual compliance of the processes and procedures necessary to deliver the project, identifying issues impacting compliance with successful delivery, and assisting in successful issue resolution.Manage all Contractual aspects relating to the Project to ensure successful Project delivery.Review of Contract documents and identifying potential areas of Contractual and Commercial risks, deviations, variations, and claims.Identify potential areas of Contractual and Commercial risks, deviations, variations, and claims.Handle of all letters, correspondence and notices to the Employer and Subcontractors.Handle and supervising the entire payment process with the Main Contractors including the certification of all Interim Payment Applications throughout the Project duration up to the conclusion of Final Accounts.Handle and supervising the Variation and Change process and procedures to Main Contractors.Provide oversight and advice on extensions of time and other claims.Review of Contract Agreements and assessing possible associated risks.Negotiate entitlement with the Client or its Representatives to avoid disputes.Preparation of Claim Documents and following up until resolution Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors Degree in Engineering Minimum of 8 years experience as a contracts administrator in the construction industry Previous GCC experience is required Available for immediate joining High proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preference given to candidates residing in Qatar Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Consulting Management Consulting Advisory Services Department / Functional Area Disclaimer: is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
