• Maintain Regional Filing System in accordance with ACES
• Coordinate with ACES coordinators in all three countries to create and update manuals and process maps
• Prepare monthly reports for head of logistics
• Business Process Mapping
• Respond to other departments' queries
• Drive improvements in knowledge management, through standardization of documentation: work instructions, VSOPs, forms, policies.
• Document all six sigma/ kaizen events and maintain the relevant database.
• Provide weekly Defect per Million Opportunity (DPMO) & Voice of Customer VOC reports to wider business
• Partner with domestic and regional operations teams and training teams to document technical trainings and identify trainings requirements.
• Document Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) processes and training materials.
