ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-Will be trained to supervise all aspects of building construction, renovation and preventive maintenance activities.

-Establishes criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees.
Monitors equipment, spare parts and supplies.

-Ensures all spare parts used are recorded and purchased.

-Ensures that the company property, equipment and security systems are maintained in a safe and efficient working condition including building structures, grounds and immediate surroundings.

-Implements company policies, procedures including company rules and statutory requirements applicable in relation to building facility and safety.
Ensures that all processes are safe and environment friendly.

-Develops efficient preventive maintenance program and oversee its implementation.

-Oversees all works of contractors/sub-contractors and service providers.
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College degree and Professional license (Board Passer) in the field of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical) or equivalent.

*At least 1 year experience in the related field.
Required Languages: English, Filipino

Must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

*Must have good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with staffs and other departments.
