DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and create and cultivate relationships with buyers and sellers for future purchases and transactions, and to create a strong and trusted customer base
- Responsible for maintaining records and reports of the properties suggested and sold for future reference.
- Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, representing the best interests of both.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Coordinate sites visits with the landlord and accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
- Promote sales through advertisements, conducting open houses and other listing services.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, real estate or related discipline.
- With past working experience in residential real estate property management.
- In-depth understanding of real estate value will be very helpful for the person.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Valid Driver's License (OPTIONAL)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate in other languages (optional)
- Resourceful, flexible and with a passion to succeed.
