Purpose of Role:


We're looking for a COMPETITIVE representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:

•    Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

•    Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

•    Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

•    Present, promote and sell our IT solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

•    Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

•    Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

•    Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

•    Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

•    Regularly report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new solutions.

•    Continuously improve through feedback

•    Collaborate with team to achieve better results

 Requirements:

•    BS/BA degree in marketing or related field

•    Prior CCNA training and certification is key for success in this role

•    3-4 years prior work experience in a Sales/Client relationship management role

•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office

•    Self-motivated, Competitive and Target driven with a genuine passion for sales

•    Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

•    Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

•    Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

•    Excellent communication skills and positive 'can do' attitude to work

•    Customer service skills and Client-facing experience is essential

•    Business awareness, an interest in IT security solutions, a desire for success and the ability to investigate problems and suggest solutions
