This position is primarily responsible formaximizing the sales and revenue generated through our Home Warranty products in Singapore. Building upon existing client relationships will be a key part of this role along with identifying and delivering new business through market expansion, establishing TWG as a trusted business partner in the Home Warranty market. The position will support products offered to the consumer, retailer and manufacturer markets ensuring our clients have the most up-to-date knowledge of our products and the appropriate training to effectively sell our products.

This position is a 12 month FTC role.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the sales of TWG Home Warranty Products through identifying, building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Maximize and achieve PTOI (profit before tax & other income) within budgets, achieve targets and establish visitation schedules based on the needs to clients
  • Responsible for accurately forecasting and tracking key account metrics ie. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts to meet organizational strategic goals
  • Develop a territory portfolio and business plan, pro-actively cross-selling and up-selling products / services and supporting promotional activities
  • Collaborate with internal Business Development Managers and external business partners to establish joint business development and marketing plans for new and existing clients
  • Manage day-to-day activities for existing clients including responding to questions, providing product advice, liaising with customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure issues are managed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain successful client relationships with regular quarterly client meetings to review progress
  • Research and keep abreast of industry trends and data, ensuring positive feedback is received from clients and TWG is commercializing our products and services with maximum impact
Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing Home Warranty or Real Estate experience with an understanding of the Singapore market
  • Experience in marketing, identifying and captialising on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
  • Well versed in pitching, presenting and managing multiple client relationships to effectively penetrate the Home Warranty market
  • Proactively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and operating autonomously
  • Understanding of Financial Services products preferredB2B and B2C sales experience preferred
