1. OVERVIEW 

We are looking for Phone Verificators to check and verify the authenticity of customers. The target is to ensure accurate verification and can liase with customer to obtain additional information. Phone Verificators must ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by providing efficient solutions by determining our customers' creditworthiness. Phone Verificators will also have to analyse financial data to assess the likelihood of a borrower honouring his financial obligations.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective ;
  
• Perform verification calls to ;
  
• Perform fraud checks on applications ;
  
• Routinely monitor loan products for ;
  
• Adhere to credit policy and ;
  
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets 
  
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or ;
  

3. QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT

• Have logical mind and have high sense of responsibility 
  
• Have keen eye for detail and able to spot potential fraud 
  
• Strong willed to handle different kind of customer characters 
  
• Proactive in managing escalations and have high initiative to suggest improvements 
  
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively 
•  Customer orientated and able to adapt/respond to different types of scenario  
• Candidate with Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Commerce/Customer Service or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of working experience 
  
• Able to speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia,
