Black & White is a Farfetch business unit that has the mission to be a full-service agency providing end-to-end, multichannel e-commerce solutions exclusively for luxury fashion brands. About the role

Briefs and coordinates the internal retouching team ensuring an effective work quality output.

What you'll do:

- Liaison for external agencies, through briefing and consultation, ensuring quality output alignment

- Performs quality control through the different steps of retouching process and providing constructive feedback

- Guarantees the images produced have high quality and respect brand retouching specifications

- Acts together with Creative team (Styling, Photography) to actively contribute to brand requirement guidelines

- Recommends and searches appropriate talent (editors) to execute post-production

- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast paced environment and meeting targets whilst performing quality checks on all images

- Creates Post Production documents for improving techniques and workflow

- Maintains imagery/files organized and properly renamed throughout the production process

- Provides guidance for the team to use new techniques to reach the expected quality

- Prepares post-production guidelines for different brands and keeps them updated

- Ensure color consistency between images and samples

Who you are:

- Excellent attention to detail, a keen eye and creative flair

- Excellent time management skills

- Able to meet tight deadlines up to high standards

- Good verbal and written communication skills (must be fluent in english)

- Advanced knowledge on retouching process

- Leadership skills and team management capabilities

- Availability to travel for short periods of time
