Duties/Responsibilities:


Primary Responsibility:

1. To increase sales volume through direct sales effort in assigned accounts.

2. Formulate a strategic plan with clear objectives, actions

3. To own and manage forecast pipeline.

4. Manage accounts and ensure that they are kept informed of any changes within the Company, including processes, services, products and solutions.

5. To ensure weekly visit target is met.

6. To develop appropriate level relationships with key accounts.

7. To maintain a product and sales forecast summary for current accounts and prospects providing a clear indication of potential business both quarterly and beyond.

8. To present customer demonstrations and presentations.

9. To provide input to senior management on customers and competitive trends.

10. To provide technical and administrative product information and appropriate prices.

11. To take ownership for any customer issues within account base, escalating as appropriate.


 Secondary Responsibility:

 Leverage the good relationships with existent customers to generate more sales opportunities within same account or as referral for new opportunities whether it is for the division or for other divisions.


Line-Management Responsibility:

1. Set, monitor and continually seek to improve performance standards within the team that you manage.

2. Ensure tasks are delegated appropriately in accordance with team member's skills and abilities.

3. Ensure that all team members adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.

that all team members are appraised in line with the company guidelines.

5. Ensure that company expectations and priorities are communicated to team members and their performance is regularly reviewed against expectations & feedback is given to team members.

6. Ensure that all team members have the skills needed to meet company expectations and identify and prioritize training needs accordingly.

7. Ensure that you have a succession plan for your team and career satisfaction is a priority when delegating and assigning new projects/tasks.

8. Support and coach team members to achieve the company goals.

9. Implement and maintain a relevant divisional/department induction program in line with company policy and procedure.

10. Ensure that disciplinary matters are dealt with according to the company policy.

11. Deal with staff grievances in accordance with the company policy.

12. Ensure regular (minimum quarterly) department team meetings are carried out to communicate team performance against company goals.
