What you'll do :

• Working closely with Sales & Growth Manager on deployment of web assets across multiple channels 
  
• Taking the lead with respect to web design strategy and creative direction aligned with the company branding 
  
• Preparing mockups, designs, prototype and deploying them on aggressive timelines 
  
• Optimize the web assets for performance speed and conversion 
  
• Create beautifully designed and converting landing pages 
  

What we'd like to see from the candidate:

• Passion for users and analytical on data. High passion for creating high converting web assets 
  
• Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, or any Frontend framework, Javascript and JS Frameworks, jQuery, CSS preprocessors 
  
• Experience working with RESTful Services and APIs is a plus 
  
• Strong ability to implement responsive / mobile design and cross browsers development 
  
• Ability to take advantage of data from tracking to improve components of web design with conversion as end goal 
  
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Pixel tracker, Heat Maps and Visitor analyzer product such as Inspectlet, Kissmetrics or 
  
• The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure 
  
• The motivation to maintain and improve design
  
• The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to 
  
• Offering input to creative meetings and sharing 
  
• Good team player with strong communication 
  
• Manage the execution of all creative deliverables in line with project schedule and
