ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Develop the offshore construction and decommissioning business with both existing and prospective clients in order to increase the activities of the Company both in the UK and Europe.

MAIN DUTIES:

To develop and manage a sales and marketing department of the business focusing on both UK Offshore and International markets and opportunities. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives and deliver year on year sales growth to the business. In particular, to support the further development of our Offshore Construction Services in the UK market.

• Visit new and existing customers in the UK, promoting this area of the Company's activities and services.

• Participate in and lead client negotiations.

• Appoint, manage, direct and develop the sales and marketing team

• Undertake overall responsibility for the sales, marketing and business development activities of the Company.

• Assume responsibility for the CRM system and the accurate input of market and sales intelligence into the system.

• Establish budgets and management of the same for the sales and marketing department.

• Provide direction and assistance to the sales resource in pursuing new business/sales opportunities and building customer relations with new and existing customers.

• Manage tender activities to ensure tender proposals are of high quality.

• Assume overall responsibility of all related projects and contracts that the company engages in within UK and Europe

• Offer leadership and management to the Project Management team and Offshore Services Manager associated with this business element as and when required.

• Provide key information and reports regarding strategy, developments and opportunities to the Board

Due to the nature of the Oil & Gas business, regular travel will be required.
