COURSE DEVELOPER / ENGLISH TEACHER - EFL, ESL, TESOL


Link School of English is a well-established and growing language school for adults in west London. We are currently looking for a Course Developer to join our growing team and help to extend our offer of English courses. This is a middle management position with diverse responsibilities, an excellent opportunity for an experienced English language teacher to progress their career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Research and development of teaching materials 
  • Project-based development of new courses 
  • Testing and implementation of new courses 
  • Supporting teachers in course delivery 
  • Taking care of quality of materials and teaching standards 
  • Teacher training 
  • Assisting with teacher recruitment #
  • Communicating with teachers, managers and administrative staff to assure smooth delivery of courses 
  • Teaching English to adults 


Essential Requirements:

  •  CELTA or CertTESOL 
  • DELTA or DipTESOL 
  • University degree 
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant teaching experience 
  •  Excellent teaching skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and good organisational skills 
  • Valid DBS check 
  • Commitment to lifelong learning 
  • Punctuality and professionalism 


Requirements - Desirable:

  • Material and course design experience 
  • Experience in teacher training and management 
  • Project management skills a plus 
  • Online teaching experience a plus 
  • Skills and abilities: taking own initiative, problem solving, creativity 
  • Friendly, sensitive, but firm management style
