Responsibilities:

- Determines and evaluates projects distribute the workload accordingly.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

- Preparation budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

- Supervise preparation of Joinery packages ( fixed furniture/loose furniture) as well.

- Prepare periodic reports and update management about project work-flow

- Supervise the estimator and project pricing

- Reading free-hand sketching and drawings

Skills Required :

- Should have experience minimum of 5-10 years in a interior & fitout company

- Team Leader, Excellent Communication, Knowledge of Authority Approvals.
