The Role:
We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
Main Job responsibilities:
•Implement an organization's social media strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption
•Oversees all company social media accounts management
•Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
•Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
•Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
•Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
•Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
•Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Desired skills and qualifications:
•Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
•3+ years experience in Social Media Management
•Extensive Knowledge of all Social Media Platforms
•Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience
•Web and Computer Software Proficiency
•Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation
•Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service
