• Preparation of tender and contract documents
• Cost planning and estimated budgeting
• Taking off quantities and build-up rates for purpose to tender submission.
• To manage and supervise existing/on going contracts, in terms of preparing monthly progress claim, correspondence, coordinating with client/consultant, sub contractor and suppliers.
• Obtain quotation from sub-contractor and suppliers for purpose of tendering and budgeting
• Negotiating with suppliers or sub-contractors
• Preparation of progress payment for sub-contract
• Attend site valuation claims and site measurement when necessary
• Submission of progress claims to client
