Your role as an operations manager and coordinator is to ensure the proper flow of products and services, provided by the mother company to all it's assigned retail outlets. This includes (but not limits to):
- Tracking sales in each functional retail area and product flow
- Management of retail and f/b work force
- Management of F&B retails
- Managing the marketing for all concepts
- Presentation: ensure that all retail and food outlets are presentable according to company standards and practices
- To control and monitor stock movement in every retail
- Managing supply and demand
- Forecasting future supply and demand
- Visual Merchandizing
- Understanding and analyzing consumer behavior
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Reporting and statistical analysis of sales, consumer reports, demand, footfall, trends and more
- to comply with all outlet/malls procedures and in accordance to UAE law; staying up to date with lawful and ethical business practices
Must be able to work under pressure, team player, extremely organized, assertive, time manager, ability to adapt to a changing environment.
