Our team has an immediate need for a passionate learner focussed professional, who will be at the front desk, pioneering learner happiness, satisfaction and success through patience, understanding and thorough product knowledge


Your role to play within our team:

You will be adept at identifying our learners' needs, building trust and offering solutions that make our learners happy. You will provide high level, end to end customer service to our learners, you will be at the frontline and hence the first point of contact to our learners. You will perform a wide range of administrative office support duties to help facilitate smooth operations.

  • By providing outstanding customer service at the front desk! 
  • By enthusiastically supporting at the frontline and handling enquiries: interacting with existing and potential learners mainly in person and also via phone, chat and email 
  • By working in a team environment to achieve shared goals 
  • By continuously endeavouring to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally

Skills, Experience and Competencies:


  • Excellent communication skills: English & Arabic 
  • 2+ years of proven customer service experience in a dynamic business environment 
  • Ability to understand learner requirements and identify solutions in a calm and patient manner 
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Organised, reliable and self-motivated 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
