The role of Quantity Surveyor is key to the company's future development and success in delivering a continuous flow of new business and identifying future opportunities in both competitive tendering and design and build projects.

To successfully carry out your role, you'll be expected to :

1- prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;

2- undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;

3- assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies;




4- perform risk, value management and cost control;

5- advise on a procurement strategy;

6- identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks;

7- prepare and analyze costing for tenders;

8- allocate work to subcontractors;

9- provide advice on contractual claims;

10- analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports;

11- value completed work and arrange payments;

12- maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use;

13- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.

Quantity surveyor role requires a broad range of key skills, including :

1- Enough knowledge in Value Engineering related to ID Work

2- Minimum GCC Experience not less than 10 years with ID Fit-Out work

3- AutoCAD experience in all version

4- MS Project




5- Primavera

6- Enough UAE market resources (Suppliers and Sub- Contractors)

7- Confident with strong personality
