• Maintain a complete database of vehicles, maintenance schedule, petrol, toll etc.,
• Ensure vehicle repairs are done in a timely manner and physical inspections are carried out
• Ensure all the vehicles meet company standards and are road worthy at all times.
• Liaise with advertising companies for branding of new vehicles.
• Liaise with car rental companies for registration, renewals, and accident repairs.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding claims.
• Inspect all invoices related to fleet and petrol for approval before handing over to finance.
• Prepare reports for management with regard to petrol and toll usage, mileages etc. on a monthly basis.
• Maintain a log of vehicle mileage to keep control of vehicle & fuel ;
