• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• Setup new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• In charge of office domain & active directory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users,
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN, et
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with voice communications (, PBX telephone) , when possible
• Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and resolution.
• Follow company policy and work in all request send from the IT administrator
• Responsible for machine backup. And figure out good backup system
• In charge of dealing with suppliers and 3rd parties vendors and ensure we have the best vendors with best service.
• Monitoring GPS system and report abnormalities
• Recommend best practices and Required reports to manage the Fleet
• Maintain the PDA repository and manage all the PDA support , maintenance and Daily log
• Manage software upgrades , and Drivers Training
