3.5 Tonne, 3.5 Ton, 3.5t Driving, 3.5 t, Van Driver - Wednesbury

Kenect Drivers are currently recruiting for experienced 3.5 Tonne Van drivers for temporary, part time driving work with our clients who are based in the Wednesbury / Walsall and surrounding areas.

Part time meaning 2-3 shifts per week, as and when required. As we operate a 24/7 operation there will be times when you'll be required to accept last minute immediate bookings.

As a 3.5 Tonne Van driver, the work will involve local and national delivery or collection work for clients based within industries sectors such as:


- Automotive
- Trade Counter Centres / Plumbing Merchants etc..
- Pallet Networks
- General Haulage
- Supermarket Stores & RDC's
- Distribution
- Long distance & Multidrop
- Manufacturing & Engineering

Whilst working within the above clients you will be carrying out various duties such as:


- Refrigerated / box vehicle work etc
- Some light handball may be involved
- Strapping and securing your load(s)
- Caged / palletised goods etc
- Some drivers mate / porter work involved on occasions

Pay Rates:


- 3.5 Tonne (Midweek) AM starts = £7.50 - £8.50 p/h
- 3.5 Tonne (Midweek) PM starts = £9.07 - £9.50 p/h
- 3.5 Tonne (Saturdays) = £9.50 - £10.50 p/h
- 3.5 Tonne (Sundays & Bank Holidays) = £11.50 - £12.50 p/h
