Are you interested in promoting creative Sports to corporate & private sector in the UAE?
We are looking for someone fun, energetic, sales attitude, networking skills, and experienced in organizing events!
The position being offered is for an Events Manager or Operations Manager who will mainly:
- manage the various ongoing projects of the company at different venues
- communicate with clients and stakeholders to execute events efficiently
- handle staff shifts and supervise team
- bring new business whether corporate or private by promoting rentals of sports products which company offers for birthday parties, product activation, festivals/carnivals, concerts, annual events, team building activities, etc.
- schedule appointments with potential customers and present our concept
- track UAE events calendar and promote our concept
- handle setup of event venue, product maintenance, printing, transportation, etc.
- send quotation for any inquiries and confirm booking order
- handle payment collection on behalf of company
- actively promote the brand on social media including Facebook and Instagram by posting live photos/videos and engaging with followers
Salary: AED 5,000 basic + commission (percentage based on new business)
Requirements:
- Driver's license
- Fluent in English
- Prior events or operations experience
- Interest in Sports
- Presentation Skills
