Responsibilities:

Assists sales team, managing schedules and distribution of any sales documentation. For example, delivery order and invoice

Prepares and follow up on any sales quotation made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost suited for them

Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner

Must liaise between other departments and the clients to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time constraints

May also be required to produce reports

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience

Must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang

Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
