Energetic and dynamic sales professional required to represent fast growing welding and Industrial equipment supplier, based in Johannesburg.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to influence people, resilience and a good work ethic are the key characteristics that will make you successful.
Must have excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, results driven to assist customers with technical advice on related products.
Suitable candidates must have a technical background and experience in the Engineering sector on sales of quality welding equipment, welding solution and Industrial Equipment.
We require someone with a proven successful sales track record, goal orientated and target driven.
The successful candidate will provide technical advice to clients as well as offer solutions to problems encountered.
We require someone who is service orientated, focused on meeting customer's needs, and who has experience dealing with existing customers (key account management) as well as new customers (new business development)
As a professional sales person, you will constantly improve your knowledge of the products and services offered by the company by regularly attending training sessions through inhouse training.
Job Functions for a Sales Representative:
Interacting and presenting directly to the customer.
Providing excellent customer service and quality assurance.
Developing new relationships and company provided leads.
Prospecting and networking with prospective clients.
Managing your sales activities and scheduling.
Submit reports accordingly.
Must be willing to travel.
Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Confidence and professiona lism to interact with clients over the phone or in person.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Drive and self-motivation to sell company products.
Ability to work one on one and build strong customer relationships.
Product Knowledge in the welding equipment, Fabrication, Industrial tools and Engineering consumables.
Valid Driver's license.
Compensation includes a market related basic salary plus commission, a company vehicle or compensation for use of private vehicle and cell allowance.
