Trainee Financial Planner / Para-Planner
Salary/Rate €18,000 - €20,000/annum +initial accommodation+health insurance+development
Location - Frankfurt, Germany
We are currently recruiting for a trainee Paraplanner to work with an experienced international adviser in our open plan offices in the smart city center of Frankfurt

Objective of the Role
You will be working within a small team to assist the Financial Advisors in Report writing and general administration ensuring all documents produced are correct and well presented as well as ensuring the clients of the company are always updated and kept informed and trusting, honest, open relationships are developed and forged.
You will attend regular networking and seminar events with the view to attaining the skills and qualifications to move on to an advisory role within 12-24 months
Duties & Attributes of the Trainee
You will be a great team player always working and supporting one another as a team
You will have the ability to conduct research in an in-depth and professional manner
You will be expected to produce professional, compliant and accurate reports EVERY time
You will possess excellent and proven attention to detail in order to gather and present on relevant and compliant information for the financial advisors
Your communication and presentation skills will be second to none always presenting yourself and your work output in a professional manner
You will have great verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with clients and the FAs to fact find and gather relevant information
You will provide excellent standards of client service
You must be able to work to tight deadlines
You will have a great appreciation and understanding of the need for compliance issues required to do this role
You will be very competent with IT systems
You have a thirst to learn a new language (German)
You will have accurate and fast keyboarding skills to enter and store and present data
You will be a forward thinking team player with great attention to detail, a passion for professional presentation and compliance along with a 'can do' attitude
You must be able to demonstrate how you fit these requirements via your studies and or work exprience.
You must be prepared to update your work related skills as the financial sector is forever evolving in its legal requirements - this will be funded by the client.
Education Level: ideally you will be a graduate in a business related degree with a year or so of work history ideally in a customer relations type role or similar.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday
