Job Description

    Provide clerical and administrative support to the team.

    Assist with resolving all aspects of client service related issues whether incoming or outgoing and including follow up on transaction issues, booking appointments, and other related tasks as required.

   Assist with all meeting correspondence, reports, and other documents.

    Perform reception duties as required, including answering phone calls and responding to various inquiries,

    Perform project based and related duties as required.

Qualification

    Candidates will must have bachelors degree with at least 1 year previous experience in an office environment.

    Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required

    Have strong client service skills.

    Have strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize duties within a fast paced environment.

    Be a self starter with a 'can do' attitude.

    Have excellent interpersonal skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Highest Education Attainment:

    College Graduate
