LOOKING FOR FEMALE FITNESS TRAINER/MANAGER IN A NEW HIP FITNESS GYM IN ABU DHABI CITY!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create one-on-one personal training programmers for clients, ensures proper delivery and demonstrates machines and techniques, whilst educating clients on fitness.
  • Conducts effective gym inductions to new members and carries out initial health assessments. Monitors the guests' progress by way of regular follow-up health checks.
  • Performs gym circuit sessions for individuals and groups
  • Provides innovative ideas and classes
  • Advises on health and nutrition topics
  • Teaches scheduled studio classes, keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques in the fitness industry.

OVERVIEW:

  • Our client requires a Fitness professional can get their ladies members 'bikini body' ready remain feminine but with defined muscles and great body toning.
  • Fitness Instructors do both 1 to 1 and group training
  • The club offers Pilates, Spinning through to personal training, Zumba/dance classes
  • The Gym is fully equipped with additional studio for Aerobics,
  • Pilates and Spinning
  • Full Job Spec can be provided on application

CRITICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:


  • Fitness Instructor qualification
  • 2-5 years' experience in similar field
  • Desire to provide phenomenal experiences to guests: possess a professional attitude and outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be assertive, quick thinking
  • Be customer focused
  • Able to adapt to flexible work patterns
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
