Currently we have a requirement of Strategy Coordinator in our organization and the role is based in Abu Dhabi.
The Job Description is as follows:
- Assist Strategy Manager in Strategy Implementation and monitoring.
- Yearly Strategy Update at departmental and organizational level
- Coordinating with the departments managers to set yearly objectives, and updated SWOT and key challenges
- Setting and monitoring departmental KPIs, and strategic initiatives
- To assist in developing the quarterly monitoring report including KPIs and initiatives achievements per department.
- Assist in updating the policies and procedures and authority matrices.
