POSITION OVERVIEW
A Sales Executive delivers telemarketing services to obtain leads and Database updates.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops and establishes working relationships with customers and potential customers in the market assigned
• Promotes the company's products and services through inbound/outbound calls
• Assists customers with their requests, orders, and inquiries
• Communicates well with customers and listens intently to help them convey their needs
• Generates reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly/annual sales reports
• Conduct high level of activities to develop new accounts and drive sales through inbound and outbound calls
• Provide customers with product and service information and identify potential consulting clients for referrals
• Meet overall sales and performance targets and standards as specified in line with both client and company expectations
• Act as point-of-contact between customers and the local sales team based in Australia while working as part of a broader team to achieve and exceed given targets
• Provide polite, professional, and effective service to prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Qualify and schedule appointments for local sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
• Work with local sales team to support closing off of the best possible deal
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation
• Conduct leads generation and appointment setting; research for new possible leads within a given territory
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from a variety of sources (online search, existing database/directory, etc.)
• Provide assistance in creating and enhancing the campaign list, writing and editing sales and marketing materials/spiels
• Accurately document status of leads generated; complete appropriate back-end tasks such as recording customer sales information at time of sale
• Keeps well-informed data about the products and services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through research
• Prospecting to develop and acquire new leads; generate high volume of leads by utilising different sales strategies
• Utilize available resources to target cold calls and identify potential new customers
• Ensures that quality sales are produced by developing expertise via networking, research, trade groups, etc.
• Perform follow ups via email as directed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Degree holder of Business or related Management course
• Minimum 5 years' experience in telemarketing role
• Familiar with or have used CRM system
• Conversant with Linkedin navigation
• Excellent communication skills with superior written and spoken English skills. Sales background is an advantage.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM
