We are hiring an Arabic speaking Telesales Coordinator

Our team has an immediate need for a passionate sales focussed professional (Arabic speaking). We are looking for someone who loves working with customers and is ready to make a great impact through sales. You will be our voice to our students, with a focus on driving sales through cold calls, emails and enquiries.

Your role to play within our team: 

You will be adept at identifying our students' needs, building trust and offering solutions that make students happy. You will provide high level, end to end customer service to our students, your main function will be that of increasing student numbers and you will help facilitate smooth operations.

How you will contribute:

• Cold calling, telesales - make sales calls to prospective students

• Providing outstanding customer service!

• Providing frontline support and handling enquiries: interact with existing and potential students either in person or via phone, chat and email

Skills, Experience and Competencies:

• Knowledge of Spoken Arabic is a definite advantage

• 2+ years of proven sales & customer service experience in dynamic business environment

• Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Organised, reliable and self-motivated

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work well under pressure
