PREFERRED CONDITIONS
- Previous experience in sales of orthopedic or physiotherapy products in the UAE
- Bachelors in Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or Orthotics
- Currently a resident of the UAE
Job Duties
Sales and Promotion
- Promotion of rehabilitation products to medical professionals in hospitals, clinics
- Existing network of physiotherapy, rehabilitation and/or orthopaedic medical professionals
- Assist Business Development Manager in opening new deals and following through
- Arranges appointments, meeting clients and presenting to Doctor/Physiotherapy head/Purchasing personnel
- Follow up with customers to maintain sales volume
- Outdoor consultations to end-users as needed based on medical referrals
- Collect payments
- Plan work schedules and manage leads according to area, size, potential and loyalty
- Study and understand technical and promotional selling points for all products
- Build network of customers through building relationships and following up on referrals
Market Research
- Identify and record in written text any old or new competitor products, prices, features and suppliers
- Ask and record any feedback on our products ; negative and positive
- Monthly report of work progress and potential insights
Supply Chain
Receive new orders from customers
Maintain knowledge of inventory and store organisation
Admin
Maintain detailed records of all customers
Maintain record of visits
Perform any tasks as per directions of the executive management
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Medical-related) (Physiotherapy is best)
- Minimum 4 year experience of sales within the healthcare sector in UAE
- Minimum 2 year experience of sales in rehabilitation, orthopaedic (musculoskeletal disorders)
Skills
Excellent English ; written and spoken
Computer skills is essential
Hard working and self-motivated to reach targets
Negotiation and Communication skills
Public relations skills / sociability
