Job Vacancy Description (Tasks and Responsibilities)

• Sourcing of rentals stock

• Advertising of rentals stock

• Property viewings

• Vetting/ Qualifying of potential tenants

• Signing lease agreements

• Collection of funds

• Administration

• Client liaison

• Handover of keys to tenants

• Entrance & exit inspection on managed leases

• The incumbent must have completed a Minimum of a Matric

• Previous experience as Estate Agent and license with the EAAB would be advantageous

• You will need to achieve the NQF level 4 qualification while working

• You will be required to work on weekends and after hours taking calls, doing viewings and putting up and taking down your advertising signage

• Would be advisable to live in proximity to the Rental Area, as the job calls for regular travel to the allocated area

• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license a must!
