Responsibilities:
Reports to Admin & Human Resource Manager
Handling all incoming calls and pass the line to the respective person
Attend walk-in guests/customers at the reception
Distribute all incoming faxes to the respective person
Stamp "Received Chop" on all incoming mails, invoices, etc., and pass on to the respective department
Record/scan and email incoming cheques to Accounts Department
Monitor and maintain adequate stocks for office printing, stationery, printing machine and any other related matters
Issue Purchase Order (PO)
Carry out any other job required
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
Must be computer literate
Willing to work in Klang Utama or Bayu Perdana, Klang
